QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
? Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
? Two years experience in a similar position
? Well displayed knowledge of Food and beverage operations, conference
and banqueting and team management
? Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
? Ability to resolve staff and customer related issues
